AI integration is no longer a novelty. It’s essential to smarter business decisions and greater productivity.
At PrismHR LIVE 2026, that vision came to life. PrismHR introduced its AI-Powered Intelligence Layer, Prism Intelligence (Pi), and Embedded AI Assistant, Prisma—a unified, AI-powered foundation that delivers intelligent capabilities across its technology ecosystem to help service providers and employers work smarter, move faster and operate more efficiently.
Pi serves as an intelligence layer embedded into the core DNA of PrismHR’s ecosystem, connecting workflows and experiences to transform how work gets done across the entire employee lifecycle. Prisma brings this intelligence to life as PrismHR’s embedded AI assistant; it delivers real-time contextual support and guidance directly within the flow of work.
Together, these AI-powered capabilities enable organizations to move beyond managing work to optimizing it—boosting productivity, accelerating decision-making and simplifying operations without requiring additional tools or manual intervention.

Pi can already be found in Communication Hub, HR Compliance, Applicant Tracking, Onboarding, Performance Management and Report Center—and there’s much more to come.
As PrismHR’s Chief of Staff Mike DeLessio explained, “Prism Intelligence represents a fundamental shift in how HR technology supports our customers. By embedding AI directly into the core of our technology, we’re enabling service providers and employers to move beyond manual processes and fragmented systems to a more intelligent, connected way of working.”
Doing so enables “service providers and employers to move beyond manual processes and fragmented systems to a more intelligent, connected way of working,” he added.
As always, the Discovery Studio, Exhibit Hall and Women’s Lounge were popular among LIVE attendees.

PrismHR LIVE 2026 took place at the breathtaking Gaylord Resort & Convention Center in Aurora, Colorado, which served as the perfect location for a conference focused on Innovation at Elevation. Oh, it was also our most-attended conference of all time with nearly 750 attendees in the house.
What the Analysts Are Saying
With more than a dozen analysts on hand, there was a lot of social interaction this year. Check out some of the key comments that came out of LIVE.
- Everest Group’s Mustafa Pitolwala: “After traveling 8,800+ miles to attend PrismHR LIVE 2026 last week, I can confidently say it was a trip worth making. Over two days, I had the opportunity to engage with PrismHR leadership, customers and ecosystem partners. As an industry analyst, I always look for the story behind the announcements, and, this year, one theme stood out: PrismHR is evolving from a PEO technology platform into a broader workforce-enablement ecosystem.”
- Payroll Influences’ Peter Tiliakos: “This week, PrismHR leveled up once again with the launch of PrismHR Global. Global EOR, payroll and payments to 175 countries, natively integrated with PrismHR and its broader set of applications.”
- HR Tech News: “From onboarding and performance management to reporting and communication, PrismHR is redefining how modern HR technology supports employers and service providers.”
- 3Sixty Insights’ Dylan Teggart: “At #PrismHRLive 2026, two themes cut through the noise. Shark Tank’s Robert Herjavec put it simply: in a few short years, we’re going to stop talking about AI because it will just be infrastructure, akin to electricity or the internet. PrismHR’s Rick Torrence and Kevin Andrews reinforced the point, framing AI, data and open platform connectivity as the three core investment priorities for the year ahead.”
But There’s More!

While Pi was a major highlight, it was part of a broader set of innovations. PrismHR also introduced PrismHR Global, which is designed to deliver an integrated global workforce solution that unifies Employer of Record (EOR), contractor management, and workforce administration into a single, seamless platform experience.
This allows PrismHR’s customers’ clients to hire internationally without the compliance worries or third-party headaches of the past.
Additionally, PrismHR unveiled PrismHR Insurance Advisory & Benefits Services at LIVE. PEOs and service providers face rising benefits costs, complex compliance and more. PrismHR Insurance Advisory & Benefits Services helps you solve these challenges with an integrated approach that combines strategic advisory, flexible voluntary insurance products and Broker of Record services.
