The PrismHR Product Advisory Board (PAB) is a new customer-focused program that will help ensure we’re developing products that deliver the most value to our HRO customers, their small business clients, and worksite employees.
A board of HRO customers and a cross-functional team at PrismHR meet quarterly to discuss product priorities and roadmap items across the PrismHR platform.
The Product Influencer program offers all active PrismHR users an opportunity to provide input on the evolution of our software.
Feedback on product enhancements with Product Management and UX teams (via survey, prototypes, and group demos) helps guide the design of new functionality and prioritize features.
