Big news: PrismHR just landed at No. 11 on TIME’s first-ever list of America’s Top WorkTech Companies for 2026. The list was developed in partnership with Statista.
Out of roughly 5,000 U.S. companies evaluated, only 250 made the cut. And PrismHR is one of two Vensure Employer Solutions brands on it, alongside division partner, Namely.
TIME and Statista built the ranking around two things: financial strength and industry impact. Taking a look at the companies that rose to the top, one theme keeps showing up. These organizations are putting real weight behind AI, not just talking about it. That’s the goal we’ve been building toward all year, and this recognition lands at a moment when we have a lot to point to.
PrismHR Is Not Just PEO Software Anymore
For years, PrismHR has been shorthand for PEO technology and that reputation is well earned. But it’s not the whole picture; PrismHR is quickly establishing a leadership position as a provider of bureau-focused Human Capital Management (HCM) technology.
With this addition, we are proudly stepping into our role as the technology backbone for Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs), Administrative Services Organizations (ASOs) and Payroll Service Providers (PSPs) nationwide, supporting HR, payroll, benefits, compliance and employee experience for millions of worksite employees. As one of the top work-tech companies, we’re constantly looking for ways to enhance how we show up for those who entrust us with their business functions.
Don’t take our word for it. Here’s how Everest Group’s Mustafa Pitolwala put it after spending two days with our leadership, customers and partners at PrismHR LIVE 2026:
“PrismHR is evolving from a PEO technology platform into a broader workforce-enablement ecosystem.”
That’s exactly it.
How PrismHR Provides AI That’s Built In, Not Bolted On
At PrismHR LIVE 2026, we unveiled Prism Intelligence (Pi), our AI-powered intelligence layer, and Prisma, our embedded AI assistant. Pi lives in the core DNA of the platform, connecting workflows and surfacing insights across the entire employee lifecycle while Prisma puts that intelligence to work right in the flow of the job, wherever someone needs it.
Pi is already showing up across the products our customers use every day:
- Communication Hub: AI-powered messaging across email, SMS, push and in-app, with built-in help drafting, translating and targeting content.
- HR Compliance: real-time, attorney-backed guidance and a compliance chatbot that turns complicated, jurisdiction-specific rules into clear next steps.
- Applicant Tracking: auto-generated job descriptions and candidate summaries that help hiring teams move faster.
- Onboarding: AI-assisted content and multilingual support for a consistent new-hire experience at scale.
- Performance Management and Report Center: AI-guided coaching, benchmarking and natural-language reporting.
As Mike DeLessio, PrismHR’s president, put it when we launched Pi: “By embedding AI directly into the core of our technology, we’re enabling service providers and employers to move beyond manual processes and fragmented systems to a more intelligent, connected way of working.”
Global Isn’t Just for the Big Guys Anymore
We also launched PrismHR Global at LIVE which, honestly, might be the announcement with the biggest long-term impact. Global business itself isn’t new. What’s new is how within reach it’s become for a smaller employer to act on it.
A client doesn’t need to be a multinational enterprise to benefit from hiring outside the U.S. Sometimes it’s one hard-to-fill role or a small team that’s faster and more cost-effective to build by looking beyond the local labor market. Until now, that meant juggling multiple vendors and country-by-country compliance headaches—a heavy lift for a business hiring just a few people abroad.
PrismHR Global unifies Employer of Record services, contractor management and workforce administration into one platform, which gives service providers a simplified, compliant way to help clients hire across more than 175 countries.
Payroll Influencers’ Peter Tiliakos summed up the moment well:
“This week, PrismHR leveled up once again with the launch of PrismHR Global.”
For a small business, that’s the difference between passing on great talent over paperwork and filling a role in weeks instead of months.
PrismHR’s Rethinking Benefits, Too
Rounding things out, we launched PrismHR Insurance Advisory & Benefits Services, bringing strategic advisory guidance, Broker of Record services, voluntary employee-paid products and benefits administration into one unified framework.
As benefits costs climb and compliance gets harder to maintain, service providers need a real strategic partner that solves more than administration. That’s the gap this closes.
Takeaways From a Top WorkTech Company
AI built into the core. Global reach for businesses of any size. A modern approach to benefits.
Put together, they point in one direction: PrismHR is building the technology backbone for the whole service provider landscape, not just one corner of it.
“It’s an honor to be recognized on TIME’s list of America’s Top WorkTech Companies,” said DeLessio. “This recognition reflects the trust that PEOs, ASOs and PSPs place in PrismHR every day, and the work our team has put into building technology that helps them support employers and their employees at scale.”
The TIME acknowledgement is another notch in PrismHR’s belt, following big wins at the 2026 Stevie® Awards in the 24th Annual American Business Awards®, including:
- Silver Stevie® Award – Achievement in Product Innovation
- Silver Stevie® Award – Technology Executive of the Year: Kevin Andrews
- Bronze Stevie® Award – Most Innovative Company of the Year
These accolades are milestones, not a finish line. We’ll keep building toward a platform where AI, global reach, and integrated benefits and compliance all work together, enabling our customers to spend less time managing systems and more time growing their business.
