PrismHR Names Ron Shah Chief Financial Officer

Hopkinton, Mass. — July 6, 2021 — PrismHR, the leading HR technology software powering payroll, benefits, and HR for businesses across the U.S. today announced that Ron Shah has been named Chief Financial Officer.

In his new role, Shah will lead PrismHR’s efforts to build the corporate infrastructure that will support the next phase of corporate growth and will contribute to strategic planning, and will manage accounting, financial planning, revenue cycle administration, enterprise applications, investor relations, legal, tax and treasury functions for the company.

Shah has extensive experience scaling rapidly growing SaaS businesses and HR technology, and joins PrismHR from Fuel50, an AI-driven talent management platform provider, where he was CFO. Prior to Fuel50, Shah was CFO and COO of Hodges-Mace, a leading provider of health benefits technology, and CFO of Phytest, a revenue cycle management company for healthcare providers. He has extensive investment banking experience, and was Director at VRA Partners and Vice President at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. Shah holds an MBA from the University of Virginia and a BS in finance from Babson College.
