PrismHR and Equifax Expand Partnership to Deliver Unemployment Claims Management Solutions for Small Businesses

PrismHR Marketplace will offer access to Unemployment Cost Management software and expertise from Equifax.

Hopkinton, Mass. – August 31, 2020 – PrismHR, the leading HR technology software powering payroll, benefits, and HR for businesses across the U.S., today announced that Unemployment Cost Management (UCM) solutions from Equifax are now available to HR service providers and their small business customers through PrismHR Marketplace.

By offering UCM and CaseBuilder, the premiere employer-side software solution for managing unemployment claims, small businesses can gain much-needed visibility, simplicity, and control in an otherwise complicated operation. PrismHR service providers and their clients also can access a dedicated network of Equifax UCM specialists who can assist with the claims response procedures, recovery of overpayments and monitoring of associated payroll tax rates.

The addition of Equifax UCM services to the PrismHR Marketplace builds on a partnership announced in November 2019 when PrismHR and Equifax announced the availability of The Work Number^® database on the PrismHR platform. The Equifax UCM solutions are available immediately to HR service providers in the PrismHR Marketplace.
