PrismHR unleashed a lot of innovations this year designed to help you and your clients succeed.
From our first update of 2024 related to a general ledger invoice on our Application Program Interface (API) to our Human Capital Management (HCM) integration with Workforce Management, the year was all about powering up our customers and their clients.
So if we were channeling a certain futuristic space-related TV show, we might say something along the lines of: 2024 was all about “boldly going where no one has gone before” … in the HR outsourcer space.

Q1 Highlights
Beam Me Up Better Data: The big story for the first quarter of 2024 was clearly the release of Data Visualization and Advanced Data Access with the beta release of the new Report Center because your data has a story to tell! Also report customization through ad hoc reports and the ability to join datasets (even from external sources) truly puts the power of HR analytics in your hands.
See More and Prosper: PrismHR’s Employee Portal saw big improvements in the first quarter. First, we listened to you. You asked for a Total Compensation Dashboard, and you got it. This helps employees see not just their salary but also benefits and other employer contributions in one place. It’s a total game-changer.
Embrace the ‘Highly Logical’: How about Enhanced Manager Self-Service Functionality for pay rate changes, position changes and status type among other things? Sounds good to us, too. After all, in the age of “There’s a YouTube video for that,” DIY functionality will never go out of style.
Remember that We Cannot Change the Laws of Physics, but … In Benefits Administration, we were happy to add the ability to quickly import benefits rates, premiums and billing rates.
Know Superior Ability Breeds Superior Ambition: Last but not least, PrismHR released an Enhanced SuperBatch function to improve payroll efficiency and insights.

Find the Way Out of Every Box: Configurable dashboards arrived for Report Center! With beautiful, easy-to-read charts to give you the slice of the pie or pie chart you’re looking for, Data Visualization had finally come with boxes, circles and rectangles of data to suit your and your clients’ needs. Not much of a builder? No worries. We released pre-built dashboards for our most popular reports.
Putting You in the Captain’s Chair: PrismHR is obsessed with finding ways to save you and your clients time, so we were delighted to offer new timesheet-entry capabilities for worksite managers through Employee Portal. No more need for managers to login to the PrismHR backend to manage time!
Let the Needs of the Many Outweigh the Needs of the Few: Making things more efficient for you and your clients is always our priority. In Onboarding & Benefits Enrollment, we gave users the ability to duplicate forms and workflows to make benefits season or any season less painful in terms of data entry. With self-service functionality, it’s easy for employees to edit their dependent information as well.
