40 Customer Interactions to Celebrate 40 Years of Tech Innovation
1. ‘Next Level’: We started the year with a video from our Tandem HR friends Beth Hewitt and Jeff Wallichs. They discussed why the PrismHR Unified Employee Experience (UEX) is next level for their clients.
The UEX project launched in 2023, and has been turning heads since. Today, the PrismHR platform is more user friendly and intuitive than ever. The modern feel is designed to help you retain clients and attract new ones.
2. ‘Pushing the Envelope forward’: We caught up with Engage PEO’s Chris Alexander to discuss the true value of PrismHR ClientSpace and why they became an early adopter. As Chris said, Engage values being able to work with the PrismHR team to “continue to push the envelope forward in other key areas.”
And that “push” is a never-ending endeavor!
3. ‘Tremendous Growth’: We always love catching up with Trion Chief Technology Officer Pathik Mody. In this interview, we discuss the “tremendous growth” Trion has seen since moving over to PrismHR. After switching to PrismHR, Trion realized a 30% efficiency and 50% drop in client calls.

4. Feeling Empower-ed, Part 1: The PrismHR video crew traveled to Richardson, Texas, in January to learn about Empower Services’ operations and how they leverage PrismHR tech to help their clients make better business decisions.

5. Straight to the Source: Earlier this year, PrismHR’s Matt Yuknis and Melissa Eversole met with OneSource PEO’s Dave Novitt and Savanah Closs in Georgia. OneSource prides themselves on helping small businesses thrive through payroll, HR and more.
As do we through technology!
6. Now That’s Service! Armhr’s Donata Ison recorded a video for us discussing why the Syracuse, New York-based Professional Employer Organization (PEO) decided to use PrismHR Managed Services for taxes. Armhr, which also has offices in Chicago and Miami, provides their clients comprehensive HR solutions tailored to business needs.
Giving you the ability to pick and choose the products, services and Marketplace partners you need to service your clients best is part of what we do best!

7. An Early Report: PrismHR held its first Report Center Workshop of the year in Woodlands, Texas, at Questco. PrismHR’s Ken Wright, Lee Moreau, among others, were on hand for the training. As you can see, the customer turnout was top notch and so was the Report Center questions and hands-on training!
If you couldn’t attend a workshop in 2025, we hope to see you in 2026!
8. An Amazing Nextep: To celebrate our 40th anniversary, we asked some of our customers to record videos. Here we have Nextep’s Nicole Boykins explaining why “PrismHR continues to be the payroll processing engine behind our business. We rely on PrismHR to keep up with the most advanced technology and partner with us as our business grows. This allows us to provide our clients with the white-glove service they deserve.”

9. See Them Saying ‘See You in Orlando’: You might recognize some familiar faces here when you watch our PrismHR LIVE promo video for this year’s conference in Orlando, Florida.

10. Elated to Visit Consolidated: Consolidated Human Resources, which is based in New Jersey, aims to help remove the HR burden from small and medium-sized (SMB) companies’ shoulders through advanced technology.
We are proud to be able to provide them with the advanced solutions they need.

11. Invested in Vested: We had a great time in sunny Florida visiting Vested HR Solutions. We are totally invested in our partnership with them—and you!

12. Standing ‘Shoulder to Shoulder’ With Questco: Questco’s Brandon Hartsaw recorded a message for us as PrismHR celebrates our 40th anniversary.
As Brandon explains in this video: “PrismHR has stood shoulder to shoulder with us for the last decade through every twist and turn as we’ve evolved and grown this organization. We are very proud of the partnership with PrismHR because they focus on that systematic delivery of employee-related information.”
