PrismHR Delivers a Record 2017 Driven by Customer Growth

HR Service Providers using PrismHR continue to expand ahead of market, increasing employee counts by 22%

Hopkinton, MA – February 8, 2018 – PrismHR, the leading HR software platform for human resource outsourcing (HRO) service providers, achieved record results in 2017. The performance was fueled in part by strong customer growth—HROs who use PrismHR increased their worksite employee counts by an average of 22% in 2017.

“Once again this year, we’d like to recognize and congratulate everyone who works for an HRO that uses PrismHR technology, as well as the entire PrismHR team,” said Gary Noke, President and CEO, PrismHR. “We all have a common goal, providing high-impact services and technology to help small and medium-sized businesses overcome countless strategic and HR-specific challenges.  That combination of services and technology is key to our collective success.”

Customer growth was reported by respondents to the annual PrismHR Trends Survey, the largest technology research project focused on Professional Employment Organizations (PEOs) and Administrative Service Organizations (ASOs). HROs that use PrismHR reported average worksite employee growth of 22% in 2017. They are also confident about the future, with 68% of HROs expecting profits margins to increase in the next 2-3 years.

In 2017, PrismHR continued its focus on innovation with the acquisition of Netwise, the creator of ClientSpace. By adding ClientSpace technology, PrismHR expands its ability to help HROs improve overall service and efficiency, increase sales, and reduce risk across the entire customer lifecycle.

The company also unveiled new reporting capabilities including Data Retriever and Cloud Data Courier, as well as significantly enhanced infrastructure and operations. Complementing its evolving product portfolio, PrismHR continues to lead the industry with extensive education including HRO business trends, sales and marketing resources for HROs, and the annual PrismHR LIVE conference (June 10-13, 2018 in San Antonio) which sold out last year.

PrismHR moved to new corporate headquarters in Hopkinton, Massachusetts in July 2017 to accommodate rapid employee growth, and has many open positions today.

“The results for both PrismHR and our customers in 2017 were once again outstanding and illustrate the ongoing partnership between the PrismHR team and our customers,” Noke added. “2018 is already shaping up to be another exciting year. We remain focused on improving the HRO and SMB experience, and will complement our industry-leading platform with new products and offerings that help HROs improve employee and client service, increase insight and enhance productivity.”
