Sequoia Enhances Employee Experience with PrismHR Employee Portal

It is where they go to get their benefits information, request time off, and view their payroll details. And while they’re accessing this directly themselves, it’s an important part of the employee’s experience with their employer. “The new Employee Portal has a much more user-friendly UI and UX,” says Lynda Tang, Systems Manager at Sequoia. “It brought the HR self-service experience in line with our other technology offerings and high-touch customer experience.”

This spring during their open enrollment, worksite employees saw a new branded login page with Sequoia’s logo when accessing the portal. The fresh-faced entry point was just the first example of a complete makeover across the self-service experience, including mobile responsive design and the ability to customize templates for Sequoia’s clients.

Feedback from clients—as well as Sequoia’s sales team—has been positive.

For PrismHR customers who haven’t yet upgraded to the new PrismHR Employee Portal, Tang encourages them to make it a priority.

“I would switch over to the new Employee Portal in a heartbeat,” says Tang. “It’s a total facelift and a great opportunity to dramatically improve the employee experience.”
