The Q4 2023 Release is scheduled to be deployed on the following Saturdays: 11/4, 11/11, 11/18. Each quarter we release new features and enhancements across the platform to help you compete, operate efficiently, and expand opportunities to deliver value to your clients.
This feature or enhancement was inspired by customer feedback through one of the PrismHR Voice of the Customer programs.
New Report Center Beta Release: Planned for release in late December 2023 (general release in March 2024), this next evolution of Report Center gives you the power to create ad-hoc reports, craft striking data visualizations, and build dynamic dashboards—all integrated with PrismHR’s robust data warehouse.
Remote Location Management Enhancement: Simplify multiple worksite setup and remote employee management. The remote location management feature allows you to effortlessly oversee your remote workforce and streamline employee tax handling.
Common Pay Agent W-2 and W-2c Reporting: Provide employee pay stub transparency with enhanced support for common pay agent W-2 reporting. Now when printing W-2s through a third party, the information will appear on the employee copy within PrismHR.
Technology Stack Upgrade: A modernized technology stack will enhance performance, bolster security, and unlock innovative UI/UX possibilities.

New Report Center Beta Release:
Planned for release in late December 2023 (live in March 2024), Report Center is re-defining reporting excellence with the upcoming new Report Center Beta Release.
With this next evolution of Report Center, you’ll have the power to create ad-hoc reports, craft striking data visualizations, and build dynamic dashboards like never before—all integrated with PrismHR’s robust data warehouse.

Clickable Phone Numbers: Seamlessly connect employees and contacts with our new clickable phone number feature.
Employee Fields Updates: Improve operational efficiency by importing employee tax information in bulk.

Configuration Performance Enhancements: Improve speed and efficiency with configuration management with quicker retrieval of client lists and streamlined alert activity display.
Unified Employee Experience: Thanks to your customer feedback, we have addressed minor issues and improved performance to deliver an enhanced Employee Portal.

New Form I-9: Stay compliant with the revised Employment Eligibility Verification from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services—a must-use for all customers by October 31, 2023.
Enhanced Onboarding Inclusivity: We’ve introduced the option to hide the Gender field in your workflow, while also renaming the Gender Designation field to just “Gender,” ensuring a more welcoming and inclusive onboarding experience.
UEX Feature Parity: We’ve now aligned with UEX for Benefits Enrollment, introducing a fresh design for ancillary benefit cards and underwriting questions.
UEX Bug Fixes and Redesigns: We’ve addressed crucial bugs and redesigns for a seamless onboarding and benefits enrollment journey.
Ancillary Offers Redesign: Our updated design for the ancillary offer type enhances the presentation of plans like EAP, making them more intuitive and informative. This redesign unlocks the true value of these benefits, allowing customers to showcase the exceptional offerings provided to their employees.

Data Import Tool Updates
The following imports have been rehomed to the Data Import Tool. Users now have the added functionality that provides.
Group Benefit Plans Enhancements
Standalone ACA Section: Simplify benefits management with centrally located fields which display exclusively for plans with insurance medical classes.
Termination Date Relocated: Easily identify active plans with the termination date field now conveniently located at the top of the form.
Carrier Eligibility Management: Enhance transparency and efficiency with a new reportable field that lets service providers clearly indicate their role in handling eligibility transactions, such as new enrollments, terms, and changes.
Benefit Adjustment Details: The Retro Enroll field has been made easily accessible and more user-friendly, by adding a tooltip.

API Improvements: We’ve updated existing endpoints to improve infrastructure, security, and performance.
W-2c Reprint Services: You can now reprint and download a W-2c PDF for a specific employee and provide this functionality in a custom employee portal.
Remote Location Management Enhancement: Simplify multiple worksite setup and remote employee management. The remote location management feature allows you to effortlessly oversee your remote workforce and streamline employee tax handling. When this feature is enabled, all employees of this location will be treated as if “Override Work Geocode with Resident Geocode” has been enabled.
Common Pay Agent W-2 and W-2c Reporting: Provide employee pay stub transparency with enhanced support for common pay agent W-2 reporting. Now when printing W-2s through a third party, the information will appear on the employee copy within PrismHR.
Year-End Standard Updates: Stay compliant with our year-end standard updates which bring you refreshed PDFs for W-2, 1099, and ACA Reporting.
