The Q3 2023 Release is scheduled to be deployed on the following Saturdays: 9/9, 9/16, 9/23. Each quarter we release new features and enhancements across the platform to help you operate more efficiently, improve the employee experience, and expand opportunities to deliver value to your clients.
This feature or enhancement was inspired by customer feedback through one of the PrismHR Voice of the Customer programs.
Unified Employee Experience (UEX): Wow prospects and clients alike with a modern and consistent interface across Employee Portal, Onboarding and Benefits Enrollment that will help you compete in the market and retain clients.
New PrismHR Reports from HRPyramid: Get faster access to the data you need with several new reports, including Employee Turnover, Workers’ Compensation Analysis by Client/Class Code, Tax Register Summary and Detail, and ASO Payroll Register.
Preferred Names in Employee Portal: You can now change preferred names to ensure that people are being addressed as they would like. This change can be performed by the individual employee or service provider.
Platform Performance Enhancements: Experience significantly faster page load times and maximize productivity with increased performance.
Check Stub Configuration: Customize check stubs through enhanced global level settings for Check Options and Pay Details. Additionally, you can customize check formats with header displays and add Gross and Net Wages to check stub outputs.

Our Unified Employee Experience (UEX) improves the employee journey by delivering a modern and consistent interface across essential worksite employee/manager applications like Employee Portal, Onboarding, Benefits Enrollment, and Talent Management. UEX provides the opportunity for expanded configuration possibilities, advanced branding options, improved accessibility, and heightened responsiveness on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Wow Prospects: The modern designs, new interactions, and innovative Employee vs. Manager views will help you compete in the market. Take advantage of these new designs in demos, sales scripts, marketing materials and more.
Expanding Self-Service Functionality: This release marks the first in a series of releases that will bring enhanced functionality into the SMB experience with a focus on supporting the needs of worksite managers, admins and trusted advisors.
Demo Environment Ready: Activate the new designs in your demo environment for training and internal team review, documentation and testing.

New PrismHR Reports from HRPyramid: Get faster access to the data you need with several new reports, including Employee Turnover, Workers’ Compensation Analysis by Client/Class Code, Tax Register Summary and Detail, and ASO Payroll Register.
Tax Report Performance Enhancements: The new Quarterly Tax Reconciliation report features performance improvements when grouping by more than six different attributes.
New Report Center Reports for HRPyramid Conversion: To improve your post-HRP experience, we have created new reports in Report Center—including the new Quarterly Tax Reconciliation Report and Client Profitability Analysis Overview—and improved the Insurance Census by Date report.

Auto-Populated Holidays: Boost efficiency and say goodbye to manual entry of holidays with our new process which automatically populates holidays on timesheets, saving valuable time for clients.
Revitalized PTO Approver Transformation: In Q2 we revamped your ability to assign separate PTO approvers and managers for each worksite employee. This quarter, we continued work on this enhancement, expanding functionality to imports and secondary screens throughout the system.

Improved New Hire & Dependent Required Fields: Simplify benefit enrollment with the addition of user-friendly checkbox selection options for new hire and dependent fields.
Benefit Rules I Max Contribution Amount: You can now have more refined benefit rules with the Max Contribution Amount feature that allows you to define a maximum contribution amount per plan type for medical age-rated plans.
Terminating Dependent Coverage & COBRA Qualifying Events: Simplify the process of terminating dependent coverage and COBRA qualifying events through a new user-friendly form that allows you to provide qualifying life events for multiple dependents.

New Manager and Preferred Name Fields: It’s simple to retrieve and update an employee’s new manager and preferred name with the addition of these fields to the API.
Operations Enhancement: Streamline operational processes by downloading positive pay files and retrieve account receivable transactions for your GL needs utilizing the API.
Client Update Expansion: You can now update client status, miscellaneous GL codes and tpa download options.
Improved PTO Approver Functionality: Improve operational efficiency and streamline the PTO approval process by utilizing multiple PTO approvers.
Platform Performance Enhancements: Experience significantly faster page load times and maximize productivity with increased performance.
Integrated Email: Enhance your candidate experience and streamline your communications with the new Office 365 integration. The revamped, thread-based email management design enables users to communicate directly within the platform allowing you to stay connected effortlessly.
State Wage Posting: Ensure compliance with emerging regulations on salary range transparency through our implemented setting which enforces the inclusion of salary range in postings. Elevate the experience further with the salary range override function on requisitions, giving you full control over the process.
Confidential Feedback Redesign: Improved UI and functional design of solicited and unsolicited feedback within Performance Management gives you, your clients, and their employees peace of mind with the ability to leave feedback without a username attached.
