You can now create an alert that “pushes” a document to employees with the option to require an acknowledgment. For example, you may want to distribute a new version of your employee handbook and require them to confirm they have received it. This enhancement will help your clients deliver important content directly to their employees and provide insight into engagement.

Other enhancements include Anytime Enrollment support, allowing you to create a widget to promote Anytime Benefit plans to employees. Help boost enrollment by enabling employees to view available plans and begin the enrollment process from Employee Portal.

You can now reassign pending approvals to other service provider users. For example, if you have a change in management, you can easily reassign the items to the new manager and avoid approvals being abandoned while in a pending stage. We’ve also made a number of enhancements to the Data Import Tool to reduce manual entry, including employee one-time deductions, projects/cost codes, client account assignments, and global W/C classifications.

The behavior of the “Onboarding in Progress” flag has been changed so that when the flag is manually unchecked, the current onboarding process stays active. Previously, the workflow would be suspended. A new flag has been added to the Onboarding Options form that when enabled will restore the previous suspend behavior.

Onboarding now performs an additional check when resolving a conflict on the Review Cross Hire Conflict form. Previously, if an employee resolved a cross hire conflict at the same time that a service provider was interacting with the conflict on the Review Cross Hire Conflict form, the service provider would be unaware that the conflict was resolved. Onboarding will now inform the service provider that it’s been resolved by someone else.

Anytime Enrollment is now supported, allowing employees to enroll in or change Anytime Benefits at any time during the plan year. For example, if an employee wants to enroll in pet insurance or identity theft protection (or one of many other Anytime Benefits), they can do so at any time outside of the annual enrollment period.

We’ve added the ability to categorize and tag reports within Report Center! These can be created and assigned by your admins and will help your users more quickly find the reports they need. Another notable update is how report security is managed. You can now go to administration within Report Center, select roles, and choose which reports each role can access. And like past releases, you’ll notice a handful of new reports have been added to Report Center!

Note: Report Center updates will follow shortly after the quarterly release. Release notes and timing will follow in a separate communication.

New EmployeeService methods allow you to download Forms W-2 and 1095-C across a batch of up to 200 employees or for single employees. For pulling large data sets, the new SystemService.getData method can pull employee, client, benefit, and deduction data across the entire service provider or even employee data for a single client. This method reduces the amount of API calls you need to make, resulting in a much more efficient process.

Work Centers are a new addition to the PrismHR Dashboard. These sections include links to key forms related to a particular function – like Benefits, Tax, and Reporting. They’re organized with workflow in mind, providing a faster and easier way to navigate to the forms you need.

We’ve also migrated all MasterTax related menus into PrismHR, which you can find in the Tax Work Center. The Quarterly Reconciliation file (RTS file) is linked to our notification system so users will receive an email once the files are created – no more waiting around while the file is built.

Applicant Tracking System (ATS) improvements include a brand new workflow and UI around job posting requests, routing and publishing workflows in the system. The team was also focused on building out the requisition feature set. On top of that, we introduced a new job board integrations tab, which will soon be the interface for all free and paid job board posting integrations. At the end of Q3, all ATS users will have access to 7 new free job board integrations as part of that development effort.

Integration with the CCMSI API now allows ClientSpace users to send workers’ compensation claims data directly to the iCE system, helping streamline the process for CCMSI customers. In the first completed phase of Benefit Plan Manager, you can now send client-level benefit plan information—including plan information and start/end date—to PrismHR. We’ve also improved the accuracy of OSHA 300A reports by pulling in data directly from PrismHR.

ClientSpace enhancements are released monthly. Read the release notes for Releases 94 and 95. Release notes for Release 96 will be available later this month.

Our focus on COVID-19 support continues with enhancements to PPP Forgiveness Reporting and Credit Billing.

There are now standardized options for the Payroll Cost and Full-Time Equivalency reports, helping you simplify the process and increase consistency. In Garnishments, we’ve added a custom feature code that allows the Federal Tax Levy to be appropriately prioritized.

Rob Roberts (Director, User Experience) and his team of UX designers provide an update on Unified Employee Experience (UEX), PrismHR Work Centers, and Client Implementation.

Final release notes will be available at the time of the release in the Customer Resource Center.
