How It Works
1. Create a case
- Employee information entered into the Form I-9 during the on-boarding process is sent to the HRWorkCycles system via API.
- The information is sent through E-Verify to compare the data with SSA and DHS.
- If certain document types are presented by the employee, then Photo Matching and/or Driver’s License verification may occur.
2. Receive a case result
- SSA and DHS will examine the data and produce one of six possible results.
- The HRWorkCycles system will guide managers through the verification process to ensure cases are worked correctly.
3. Close and resolve the case
- Each case must be closed in the HRWorkCycles system, and a manager will choose a resolution option so the E-Verify check is complete.
