As the Senior Vice President of Customer Success and Client Growth, Aleks leads the strategy for the Customer Success Managers in efforts to drive strategic business conversations centered around growth, value and efficiency to help identify where PrismHR can help align and support client’s initiatives. In addition to the Customer Success team, Aleks leads the Customer Growth and Partnerships team on market strategy and execution, communications, demand generation and sales/channel enablement.
Prior to joining PrismHR in 2025, Aleks’ career has spanned a range of Customer Success and Account Management leadership roles at HCM companies including isolved, Jobvite (now Employ) and Dayforce with an emphasis on promoting more proactive and strategic business conversions leading to stronger and longer partnerships. Aleks has an extensive Human Resources background supporting national and multinational businesses across multiple industries. Aleks holds a MS in Human Resources Development from Drexel University and a BS in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento. Aleks’ also holds and maintains several professional HR certifications including a SHRM-CP, PHR, CCP, and GRP.
