Check out recently delivered functionality and enhancements in the May 2026, June 2026, and July 2026 releases.
New LTD/STD Buy-Up Offer Types: Expand employee benefits choice by allowing clients to offer Buy-Up options for Long-Term Disability (LTD) and Short-Term Disability (STD) coverage, giving employees greater flexibility to select the level of income protection that best meets their needs.
Obsolete Pay Groups: Streamline pay group management by allowing users to mark Pay Groups as obsolete, preventing their use for new hires, rehires and transfers while preserving historical records. Existing employee assignments remain unchanged, helping maintain data integrity and continuity.
Employee Form I-9 Import: Accelerate employee onboarding and compliance processes by importing comprehensive Form I-9 data for multiple employees at once through the Data Import Tool. Access is restricted to service providers with full Employee Details Work Form permissions, helping support secure and efficient data management.
PrismONE ID Targeting: Drive PrismONE ID adoption with targeted campaigns based on employee enrollment status. Filter for employees who are Not Enrolled and combine with other attributes to create precise recipient groups. Use email to reach employees without Portal access, while in-app and push notifications engage enrolled users directly within their PrismHR experience.
OBBBA FLSA Standard Hours Recalculation Utility: Optimize OBBBA W-2 reporting by recalculating overtime hours using the federal 40-hour FLSA standard. This new utility helps payroll and tax processors ensure that vouchers processed under FLSA rules report only the overtime premium eligible for federal reporting, supporting greater accuracy and compliance.
Read/Write Bank Routing Information: Simplify bank account management by allowing users to retrieve filtered bank routing numbers associated with an account and add new routing information through the PrismHR API, helping streamline banking data access and maintenance.
Multi-Question Surveys: Gather richer employee feedback and deeper insights by creating multiple questions within a single survey.
Pricing Exports: Streamline pricing by exporting State Unemployment Tax Act (SUTA) rates, workers’ compensation rates and admin fees directly from ClientSpace into PrismHR, reducing manual data entry and keeping both systems in sync.
