Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML) Imputed Income Automation: Automate imputed income calculations when employers cover all or part of an employee’s Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML) contribution beyond required amounts, helping ensure year-to-date (YTD) imputed income stays current through ongoing automated recalculations as payrolls are processed.
Adjustments for Active Employees Terminating Coverage: Eliminate single-cycle benefit adjustments when active employees terminate benefits within the current month, allowing deductions to continue on their regular schedule and reducing the need for manual intervention.
Spouse Life Insurance Age Reduction: Reduce manual audits and enrollment updates by defining spouse age-based reduction schedules for life insurance coverage.
Open Enrollment Notifications: Reduce unnecessary open enrollment notifications by supporting same-day Open Enrollment launches and preventing time-based reminders from sending to employees who have already submitted their workflow, while preserving the option to notify all employees.
Third Party Sick Pay Adjustment Import: Simplify third-party sick pay adjustments by importing vendor data instead of manually entering updates.
User Defined Fields Import: Accelerate updates by importing user-defined field data used for custom tracking.

Customized Email Settings: Strengthen branded scheduling communications by allowing users to tailor recipient messaging and use their own domain for the no-reply sender address.
Offered Benefit Plans (OBP) Mass Import: Improve renewal accuracy and reduce manual effort by mass importing new and existing OBPs into selected benefit batches, with optional contribution data, nightly scheduled imports and security-controlled access.
User Personalization: Streamline user management and improve consistency across ClientSpace with centralized personalization settings, flexible username display options and optional profile photos.
AI Comment Refinement: Help managers and contributors create clearer, more constructive and bias-aware performance feedback with a single click, while preserving each user’s authentic voice and allowing them to accept, edit or discard suggestions at any time.
Step-up Authentication for Direct Deposit: Help protect sensitive banking information and reduce unauthorized account changes by adding an optional step-up authentication requirement through PrismONE ID before employees can access the Direct Deposit page, with configurable enablement through Direct Deposit Menu settings in the Configuration Template.
Portal Access and SMB Controls for Communication Hub: Empower SMBs to take control of client communications with direct access to Communication Hub from the Portal.
