The March 2026 Release is scheduled to be deployed on the following days: 3/26, 3/27. Each month we release new features and enhancements across the platform to help you compete, operate efficiently, and expand opportunities to deliver value to your clients.

Multi-Tenant Sharing: Share workbooks and bookmarks across tenants, allowing users to create content in one environment and securely share it with others. This permission based enhancement streamlines reporting for organizations with multiple environments and reduces duplicate setup.
PTO Form Update: Enjoy a more consistent experience across the platform with the update from PTO Forms to the new “Time Off” terminology, creating clearer navigation and alignment with the updated workflow. Users can still search using the previous “PTO” term during the transition.
New Offer Type: Group similar medical plans under a new single Additional Medical (MDA) offer type, making benefits enrollment easier to configure and manage with a prebuilt enrollment form available in the Workflow Library that supports single-plan selection and Primary Care Physician choice, streamlines workflows for service providers and keeps existing HSA integrations unchanged.
Targeting Enhancement: Deliver more precise outreach by including client contacts—expanding campaigns beyond employees and segmenting recipients by Service Type (e.g., ASO vs. PEO) for more relevant, targeted communications.
Payroll PDF Report Download: Enable users to download payroll reports as PDFs directly from Payroll History or from reports generated during payroll approval, providing quick access to payroll documentation when needed.
AI Email Templates: Create AI-powered email template content instantly using built-in generative tools that craft polished messages, support Replace Fields and enhanced formatting for dynamic personalization and help teams reduce drafting time while delivering consistent, ready-to-send communications.
Push Notification History: View recent push notifications directly in PrismONE Mobile, giving employees quick access to alerts they previously missed on their lock screen.
Form Completion Milestone Component: Track form progress in a single snapshot, giving users clear visibility into which steps are complete, which remain outstanding and who completed each milestone—delivering greater transparency and confidence throughout the review process.
Unified Hiring Teams: Deliver a streamlined hiring experience with a single unified hiring team per requisition, clear role definitions for easier accountability and smarter candidate routing that helps the right team members receive assignments without overload.

Garnishment Limits for Daily Pay Periods: Improve garnishment accuracy for daily pay cycles with enhanced withholding logic that prorates minimum net pay. The new “Number of Pay Periods” field adjusts limits based on actual daily periods. It also provides flexibility to define expected pay periods per week, helping to ensure accurate and compliant withholding across all pay frequencies.
State Minimum Salary Validation: Strengthen compliance and reduce payroll risk with automated validation that flags exempt employees falling below state salary thresholds, providing early soft‑warning alerts and simplifying review of varying requirements to support consistent, compliant pay practices.

Pixel Perfect Reporting (Beta): Create presentation‑ready reports with precise layout control including dimensions, pagination and grouping directly from Report Center. Editors can now select Pixel Perfect when creating a new report for consistently polished up‑to‑date outputs now expanded to export PDFs up to 220 pages.

PTO Form Update: Enjoy a more consistent experience across the platform with the update from PTO Forms to the new “Time Off” terminology, creating clearer navigation and alignment with the updated workflow. Users can still search using the previous “PTO” term during the transition.
Scheduled Payment Warning: Get proactive alerts when terminating an employee with an active scheduled payment, helping ensure accurate final pay.

Emergency Contact Updates for California Senate Bill 294: Enable California employees to designate an emergency contact to be notified if they are arrested or detained at work through a new toggle in Emergency Contacts. This selection is also visible to managers in Employee Details to support compliance.
Enhanced Dashboard Configuration: Provide greater flexibility with a drag‑and‑drop dashboard configuration now generally available in PrismHR Core on the Dashboard tab within Configuration Templates. This update allows deeper customization of the widgets that employees and managers see.

Watch Items: Add notes to watched items to give teams clear context behind monitoring decisions, improve visibility directly within the Watch Widget and support smoother internal workflows by allowing users to view, add and edit notes whenever a watch item is updated.
Import Template: Generate Excel import templates automatically with a single click to ensure all required headers, field mappings and expected values are captured correctly from the start. This enhancement reduces errors, speeds up data preparation and improves accuracy across import workflows.

Unified Employee Experience (UEX) Release for CRM Portal: Deliver a more consistent, intuitive experience in Workforce management CRM Portal with a new unified UX and UEX design. The updated interface makes it easier to create and manage Workforce Management accounts and add new time clocks and will be available in future releases.
Dynamic IP Address Support for Kiosk: Ensure reliable clock‑in access on networks with changing IP addresses. A wildcard character now authorizes a range of IPs, preventing unauthorized devices from clocking in and keeping Kiosk access consistent on devices that use dynamic IP ranges.
