Auto Archive Benefit Enrollment Workflows: Reduce benefits administration clutter by automatically archiving completed enrollment workflows, helping teams keep the system clean and manage high volumes of employee benefit changes more efficiently.
Intelligent Future-Dated Benefit Plans: Improve open enrollment accuracy by ensuring new hires only see benefit plan offerings that align with their actual enrollment window, helping create a clearer and more relevant enrollment experience.
Write Client and Employer State Unemployment Tax Act Rates: Streamline rate setup by enabling users to add new client and employer State Unemployment Tax Act rates in PrismHR through the PrismHR API, helping reduce manual entry and support more efficient tax administration.
Redirect Direct Deposit: Strengthen payroll accuracy by allowing separate dates for offset and redirect adjustment vouchers, helping ensure accounting and banking records clearly reflect when funds were returned and reissued.
Email Settings: Customize automated email communications by allowing clients to configure messages for scheduled exports, shared workbooks and shared views, helping deliver more tailored communications while supporting required IP whitelisting for setup.
File Audit: Strengthen data transparency with a high-demand audit dataset that tracks system changes by date, user and IP address, including before-and-after values to help teams review activity with greater clarity and confidence.
Case Discussions User Interface (UI): Improve case collaboration with a cleaner, more intuitive discussion experience that makes it easier to read, review and interact with case updates.

Year-End W-2 Print & Download Enhancements: Simplify year-end W-2 processing with flexible, print-ready form options for future 2026 in-house printing and expanded batch download capabilities that support larger PDF files, reduce the need to segment employee groups and let users include or exclude instructions based on their needs.
Treasury Tipped Occupation Code (TTOC) Updates: Support 2026 Qualified Tip W-2 reporting with new Treasury Tipped Occupation Codes and updated SOC-to-TTOC links, helping improve reporting accuracy and year-end compliance readiness.

Assign Items Improvements in Template Creation: Simplify template setup with more flexible item assignment controls, including easier position removal, automatic inheritance from All Positions, clearer deletion options and built-in weight validation to help ensure each position totals 100%.
New Instructions Field Template Creation: Customize form guidance with rich-text instructions admins can add during template creation and display on the Overview page, giving teams full control over user-facing help text instead of relying on hard-coded content.

Uploaded Form Content New Field: Enhance onboarding form guidance with a new rich text field that lets users add accompanying text to uploaded PDFs, displaying both together on the same page for a clearer new hire experience.
New Hire Plan Creation Updates: Improve onboarding accuracy by requiring hiring managers to select worksite location and division for new hires and rehires in admin-initiated onboarding plans—helping apply the right tax form logic, state rules and plan content while preventing new hires from changing their worksite location.

Optimized Timesheet Layout: Improve timesheet visibility with design enhancements that make it easier to view more days on screen, see daily totals and quickly find employees using a new search field, with additional updates planned for Q3.
Enhanced Flexibility for Holiday Pay: Increase flexibility in holiday pay rules with new options for employees working on observed holidays. Employers can choose whether worked hours replace auto-added holiday hours or are added to automatically paid hours and may also require employees to work the day before and after a holiday to be eligible for holiday pay.
Alerts: Improve visibility into key workforce events with new system alerts for approaching timesheet deadlines and PTO notifications for system users. Configured alerts can also be cloned from an existing account to a newly created account, helping teams streamline set up and maintain consistency across accounts.
