PrismHR Announces Next Generation Onboarding and Enhanced Reporting

New products and offerings increase efficiency and insight for HR outsourcers and their clients

San Antonio, TX — June 11, 2018 — Today, at the annual PrismHR LIVE conference, PrismHR, the leading HR software platform for human resource outsourcing (HRO) service providers, announced new platform offerings – expanded reporting capabilities and the all new PrismHR Onboarding.

PrismHR provides the most complete and efficient software platform for Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs) and Administrative Services Organizations (ASOs).  Today’s announcement provides more capabilities for PEOs and ASOs as well as further strengthens the market leading platform.

Expanded Reporting Capabilities

PrismHR Reporting updates will be unveiled to attendees at the PrismHR LIVE conference in San Antonio today and include:

  • Interactive Reports – New interactive reports provide easy-to-use filters, sorting, and grouping capabilities. Flexible, real-time calculations, charts, graphs, exports and much more let you quickly find the data and insight you need. Initial interactive reports include Accounting G/L Detail, Client Location Map, Client Contacts, Federal Tax Liability, Benefits Billing Detail, Benefits Eligibility, and Monthly Gross Wage.
  • More Accounting Data – New downloadable and interactive accounting reports provide access to more detailed accounting data than ever before. These new reports give service providers the employee level data they need to streamline the reconciliation process.
  • Standard Report Enhancements include the creation of reports that were used in legacy products as well as multiple updated and improved reports.

To get early access to the new interactive reports, you can apply to join the release preview. These new interactive reports will be generally available later this year.  Additionally, PrismHR will continue to expand interactive reports, including new reports and convert standard reports to new more insightful interactive versions.  The company also plans to deliver all new, ad-hoc reporting capabilities inside the platform.

New PrismHR Onboarding
