The February 2026 Release is scheduled to be deployed on the following days: 2/26, 2/27. Each month we release new features and enhancements across the platform to help you compete, operate efficiently, and expand opportunities to deliver value to your clients.

February Release Highlights

Communication Hub: Operational Efficiency, Self-Service Functionality, Employee Experience

New Employee Attributes Added: Target employees with greater precision using three additional data points—FLSA Exempt status, Employee Type and Benefit Group.

Campaign Scheduling: Schedule campaigns to send at the perfect time—set it once and Communication Hub delivers it automatically.

Custom Campaign Templates: Create reusable campaign templates that streamline message creation and reduce repetitive set up making every send faster, more consistent and more targeted.

Report Center: Data Access, Self-Service Functionality, Employee Experience

Scheduled Reports: Give teams more flexibility with scheduled report delivery now available across all Report Center users and license types. Explorer and Viewer licenses are limited to Email a Link option which sends an email with a link that takes users directly to their scheduled report in the Report Repository.

Compliance & Tax: Operational Efficiency, Compliance

State Minimum Salary Validation: Strengthen compliance with automated Minimum Exempt Salary Support that instantly flags salary entries falling below state‑required thresholds. This update reduces manual review, helps teams catch risks early and helps ensure consistent adherence to state wage requirements.

Employee W-2 – Client Wage Inquiry: Gain clearer visibility into wage allocations when a PEO W-2 includes wages for a single employee across multiple clients. The Client Wage Inquiry helps teams resolve questions faster, reduce manual review and streamline reconciliation during W-2 season.

API: Integrations, Data Access

Employer Level W-2 Download: Simplify year-end processes with a new capability that retrieves all available W-2 and W-2C forms for an employee and allows reprint downloads on a single PDF form.

Portal: Employee Experience, Self-Service Functionality, UI/UX

Bulk Download Multiple Pay Stubs: Make payroll tasks faster with a new option that lets employees and managers download multiple pay stubs at once directly from Pay History in a single PDF. Ideal for quickly gathering documents for income verification or other needs.

Native ZayZoon Integration: Improve access to earned wage benefits with a native ZayZoon menu option, widget and call‑to‑action button. By standardizing setup directly within the Portal, service providers can enable ZayZoon more easily.

Payroll & HR: Operational Efficiency

Earned Wage Access (EWA) Automation: Reduce manual processing with enhanced Earned Wage Access functionality. Assign payees directly on each employee’s loan record to simplify vendor funding and minimize manual intervention.

Deduction Codes to Support Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation (DQDC): Enable more flexible compensation options with a new percentage of Earnings calculation method that uses defined Pay Codes. This enhancement allows employees to automatically defer a portion of eligible earnings, helping reduce taxable income.

Benefits Administration & Enrollment: Operational Efficiency

Life Event Effective Date Overrides: Align coverage with plan provisions by allowing users to override the ‘Eligibility Date Used From’ rule for each life event type. Overrides can also be applied to specific payees when needed, helping ensure accurate and flexible benefit administration.

ClientSpace: Self-Service Functionality, Employee Experience, Integrations

Worksite Manager on the Employee Record: Optionally include the Worksite Manager on employee‑related email notifications such as new hire, termination, direct deposit changes and other key events. This ensures managers stay informed with the same timely updates their employees receive.

Highlights

Scheduled Reports: Give teams more flexibility with scheduled report delivery now available across all Report Center users and license types. Explorer and Viewer limited to Email a Link option which sends an email with a link that takes users directly to their scheduled report in the Report Repository.

Cross-PEO Sharing: Share reports across connected PEO tenants by creating a report in one instance and securely granting access to other associated environments. A dedicated permission assignable at the role or individual user level, controls visibility, supporting collaboration for organizations managing multiple environments or active Mergers & Acquisitions activity.

Employee Portal-Updated Employee Pay Screens Designs: Improve clarity with refreshed Pay Inquiry and Pay History pages that align with the redesigned manager experience. The updated layout gives employees a cleaner, more consistent view of their pay details.

Highlights

Benefit Plan Manager (BPM) Client Renewal Notes: Empower clients to present clearer, more polished benefit information with the enhanced BPM Renewal Notes editor. This now supports rich‑text formatting allowing users to organize, highlight, bold, hyperlink and use bullet points to communicate plan details more effectively within the Signature Page of the Benefit Plan Manager.

Survey Design Frequency: Control how often employees receive repeat surveys by setting a required number of days between sends. Existing frequency, unsubscribes and email template conditions are applied, ensuring employees receive timely, relevant feedback requests without over‑messaging.

9-80 Alternate Work Week: Support a 9‑80 alternate work week by enabling mid‑day work‑week alignment, allowing employees to take a specified day off without incurring overtime and reducing scheduling friction.

Pay Cycle Early Close: Set all pay periods to close early with a single configuration, simplifying payroll management and eliminating the need to update each pay period individually.

Support for Custom Pay Periods: Map PrismHR pay periods directly into Workforce Management to support custom pay cycles and same-day period starts, reducing setup effort for a cleaner, more accurate payroll alignment.

February Focus: Integrations, Data Access

Highlights

Employer Level W-2 Download: Simplify year-end processes with a new capability that retrieves all available W-2 and W-2C forms for an employee and allows reprint downloads on a single PDF form.

Events for Miscellaneous Invoices: Trigger system events whenever a miscellaneous invoice is created, enabling clients to build automated processes that rely on invoice creation and reducing the need for manual monitoring.

Improvements to Payroll Notes: Make payroll notes clearer and more useful with added fields such as employee ID, urgent indicators and improved display options. Notes can now include multiple lines, giving teams better context and more complete information.
