Andy Benner

Andy Benner is PrismHR’s chief technology officer, and is focused on the technological direction of the various PrismHR Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms and exploring Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) opportunities for the company.

Andy has more than 30 years of experience in system and software engineering supporting various commercial and U.S. government organizations. He has served as the chief operating officer at CarveOS, a technology company focusing on corporate carveouts and divestitures; CTO of SmartBen, a Benefits Administration SaaS; senior vice president of technology for Hodges & Mace and Alight Solutions, which are HR technology companies; and as a staff engineer for Raytheon Technologies where he focused on the design of secure voice communication systems for the U.S. Defense Department, US State Department and various U.S. intelligence agencies.

Andy holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University.
