Jennifer Romano is PrismHR’s executive vice president of product. Before she built software for HROs, she spent more than a decade inside PEO organizations and Payroll Service Bureaus, learning what payroll failures cost, what compliance gaps look like, and what it means when a platform is underperforming.
She joined PrismHR in 2015 and was responsible for standing up and scaling customer operations before moving into product and taking ownership of the company’s most complex portfolios. Since then, she has led high-performing teams through a major platform modernization, strategic growth initiatives, and customer experience transformations across payroll, tax, HR, benefits, workforce management, HCM and employer services.
That combination of operator experience and product discipline shapes everything she builds. Jennifer partners across technology, operations, sales and customer success with one focus: improving products to help HR outsourcers scale their business while helping clients compete for talent with state-of-the-art HR and payroll solutions.
