As vice president of Customer Success, Tracy leads the Customer Success team by leveraging her experience in customer engagement, enterprise growth and cross-functional leadership. With a proven track record of building high-performing teams and driving customer-centric strategies, Tracy is passionate about delivering exceptional value, desired business outcomes and long-term success for clients.
Prior to joining PrismHR, Tracy held leadership positions in Customer Success and Operations at companies such as iSolved and ADP, where she consistently drove improvements in retention, expansion and customer satisfaction. Tracy holds an M.S. in Eastern Medicine from Northern Arizona University and a BSE in Chemistry from Arizona State University.
