Q1 Focus: Operational Efficiency, Compliance
Equal Pay Registration Certificate (EPRC): Simplify compliance with Illinois state regulations. PrismHR now supports the required reporting for businesses applying for and obtaining the Equal Pay Registration Certificate, streamlining the process for eligible organizations.
Garnishment Capping Logic: Improve accuracy in handling state tax levies. When employees are paid across multiple payroll batches for the same period, garnishments are now capped at the flat amount per pay period levy, ensuring compliance while preventing over-deductions.
Creditor Garnishment Deduction Before State Levy: Gain more flexibility in garnishment processing. You can now adjust the priority order of creditor wage garnishments and state tax levies, ensuring proper deductions when both apply. This update helps maximize garnishment accuracy based on available funds.
