Michael DeLessio is PrismHR’s president. He joined the company in 2013. A seasoned executive with more than two decades of experience, DeLessio has played a pivotal role in shaping PrismHR’s growth, operational rigor and client experience. As president, his focus is on continued tech innovation to help our customers’ businesses grow. Previously DeLessio served as PrismHR’s chief administration officer and chief of staff, an extension of the CEO. His focus continues to be on aligning initiatives across the enterprise and ensuring execution of strategic priorities.
Prior to PrismHR, Mike had more than 15 years of experience in professional services and customer support both in the US and on an international scale. Mike led and grew the Professional Services teams at MicroStrategy and Bullhorn software. Prior to Bullhorn, Mike was based in London for 10 years leading Professional Services for KANA Software. Mike graduated cum laude with a BS from Bentley University.
