The September 2025 Release is scheduled to be deployed on the following days: 9/25, 9/26. Each month we release new features and enhancements across the platform to help you compete, operate efficiently, and expand opportunities to deliver value to your clients.

Employee Portal: Self-Service Functionality

Embed Reports from Report Center for Streamlined Access: Deliver high-value insights directly within Employee Portal by embedding reports from Report Center. Users gain quick access to dashboards and targeted reporting for their specific worksite, eliminating the need to navigate across systems.

Benefits Enrollment: Marketplace Integration

Enrollment Decision Support: Simplify benefits selection with personalized decision support tools that guide employees through complex choices. Employees gain confidence, save time and stay more engaged, while employers see improved enrollment rates, reduced costs and greater employee satisfaction.

Report Center: Worksite Manager Reporting

PrismHR API Upgraded from v.1.30 to prismhr-api: This upgrade enables us to bring over new forms and fields, ensuring continued alignment with PrismHR’s latest API standards.

REPORT CENTER

September Focus: Worksite Manager Reporting

Highlights

PTO Dashboard: This new dashboard gives managers and service providers clearer visibility into time-off trends with the new PTO Dashboard. Features include as-of-date calculations, trend reviews, and enhanced reporting flexibility—addressing one of the most requested reporting needs.

Embed Codes for Manager Portal: Embed reporting directly into the Manager Portal with new embed code functionality. This enhancement also supports deep linking for customers with their own portals—delivering seamless access to critical insights where managers need them most.

Bookmarks Renamed to Views: We’ve aligned terminology with our BI partner, Sigma Computing, by renaming bookmarks to “Views.” This change creates a more consistent and intuitive reporting experience.

September Focus: Operational Efficiency

Highlights

Streamlined Time Off Workflow: Set up Time Off policies in just three easy steps, reducing setup time and improving accuracy.

Employee De-Identification: Anonymize employees who are no longer with the organization to simplify data management and strengthen privacy protections.

Address Autocomplete with Custom Feature Code: Enable Smarty for address completion using the new ADDRESSAUTOCOMP feature code, improving accuracy and reducing manual entry.

September Focus: Operational Efficiency, Marketplace Integration

Highlights

Benefits Administration

Dependent SSN Masking: Enhance security by applying the same SSN masking rules to dependents as employees, protecting sensitive information across all records.

Maximum Age Eligibility Field: Define a maximum age for benefit eligibility with a new configurable field. Employees exceeding the cutoff appear in the Overage Enrollees Report so service providers can take appropriate action.

Secure 2.0 Auto Escalator for Employee Enrollment: Support retirement compliance with new auto escalation options for employee elections. Withholdings automatically increase 1% on the calculated escalation date—up to a defined maximum—unless the employee opts out or adjusts their election.

Highlights

Retrieve Pay Import Definition Data: Dynamically map timesheet data for import using the client’s available pay import definition.

Archive PTO Registers: Simplify PTO management by programmatically archiving employee PTO registers.

Filter Employee List by As of Date: Access relevant employee data by filtering based on a specific status date.

Active Employee Count by Entity: Quickly understand workforce distribution by retrieving active employee counts across entities like Location, Division or Department.

APPLICANT TRACKING SYSTEM

September Focus: Operational Efficiency

Highlights

Candidate Group Enhancements: Assign candidates to multiple groups at once for easier organization and bulk updates directly from the candidate list page.

Candidate Star Rating and Routing: Quickly rate candidates and track routing status through the Talent Dashboard, giving hiring managers a clear, streamlined view of candidate fit and progress.

September Focus: Performance & Stability, UI/UX

Highlights

Improved Responsiveness in Manager and Employee Experience: Reduce lag-time in form completion with performance enhancements prioritized in this release, ensuring smoother workflows for both managers and employees.

UI/UX Enhancements for Easier Navigation: An audit of the interface identified key improvements, including changes to the tabbed format for switching between Manager and Employee views, creating a more intuitive experience.

CLIENTSPACE

September Focus: Data Access, UI/UX

Highlights

PrismHR API Upgraded from v.1.30 to prismhr-api: This upgrade enables us to bring over new forms and fields, ensuring continued alignment with PrismHR’s latest API standards.

Benefits Export API Now Includes Supplemental Offered Benefit Plans (OBPs): This enhancement allows us to send a larger range of offered benefit plan details from ClientSpace to PrismHR (not just health, dental, and vision), including long-term disability, short-term disability, life and bonds—with just the click of a button.

Include Images in Excel, Word, and PDF Merge Outputs: We’ve added support for embedding images in merge outputs, enabling the preservation of the Benefit Plan Manager (BPM) signatures along with the date and time they were signed. This enhancement also allows us to deliver signed documents directly to clients via email templates.

User Admin Module: A new User Admin module lets the Immediate_Supervisor role gives Managers access to edit inactive user records, manage out-of-office settings, and give managers the ability to give users the ability to “Change Password Next Login”.

Improved My Tasks Functionality: Quick tasks are now available. You can now create and complete both quick and regular tasks directly from your Action Center dashboard with fewer clicks.

Posted Voucher Garnishment Reports: Access and retain Garnishment Calculation Reports directly on posted vouchers for improved audit tracking and compliance accuracy.

Zero Garnishment Reporting: Gain visibility into employee wage processing with new Garnishment Calculation Reports generated even when garnishment amounts equal zero.

Overtime Calculation Recalculation: Ensure accurate payroll reporting with the ability to recalculate the Overtime Calculation Detail Report as needed.

Clear New Hire Reporting Date: Easily manage employee records with the option to clear New Hire Reporting dates at the individual employee level.

Custom Field Syncing for Greater Flexibility: Create and sync custom fields from PrismHR into Workforce Management, enabling more tailored employee group assignments and schedule attributes that support unique business needs.

Flexible Hour Syncing Options: Choose whether to sync employee hours as daily, weekly or pay-period totals. This added flexibility streamlines payroll processing and supports different organizational reporting preferences.

Support for Commission and Driver Pay Methods: Map “Commission” and “Driver” pay methods into Workforce Management as hourly or salary, ensuring accurate timesheet calculations and improved alignment with diverse pay structures.
