Impersonation of Users: Streamline user support with enhanced impersonation capabilities. Admins can now create and manage workbooks and bookmarks on behalf of others, making it easier to assist teams and enable worksite manager users.
PrismHR UEX for a Unified Interface: Deliver a consistent, modern experience across PrismHR applications with Prismatic UX. This update prepares Report Center for deeper integration with Applicant Tracking, Onboarding, ClientSpace, HCM and Workforce Management.

Template Name Displayed in Client Details Audit: Gain better visibility into template changes with new audit logging. Service providers can now easily track when a new template is assigned to a client.
Improved Single Sign-On (SSO) Login Performance: Enhance the employee login experience with faster SSO performance. Clients using inbound SSO will see up to a 50% reduction in login time.

Enhanced Benefit Billing Detail Reports: Streamline reconciliation with customizable billing reports. Users can now sort by multiple date ranges and detail levels, and access vouchers directly from the report for faster review.
Enrollment Form Enhancements for Employee Billing Visibility: Track deductions, adjustments and arrears in one place with improved benefit enrollment and overview forms. View billing history by date range for easier management and transparency.

‘Employees Assigned To’ View for Plan Participation Insight: Gain instant visibility into employee participation with a new view in Benefit Plan Setup. Users can see assignment counts and download detailed lists with a single click.
Net Invoice Effect Display for Accurate Billing Impact: See the true financial impact of changes with enhanced invoice visibility. Enrollment and adjustment forms now reflect net effects based on bill codes and rebate bill codes.

Union-Based Deduction Periods: Streamline payroll setup with the ability to define deduction periods directly on Labor Unions. This enhancement eliminates duplicate codes and supports flexible scheduling based on union agreements for greater efficiency.

June Focus: Compliance, Integrations
Enhanced Blended Rate & PTO Support: Strengthen compliance and increase flexibility with updates to Blended Rate and PTO functionality. Shift differentials can now be included in Blended Rate calculations, with rates sent directly to PrismHR for payroll. Additionally, PTO balances over 999 hours are now supported, making it easier to manage long-term leave.
Expanded PrismHR–Workforce Management Integration: Gain more flexibility in workforce tracking with enhanced PrismHR to Workforce Management integration. Custom Employment Statuses in PrismHR can now be mapped to Workforce Management statuses, and the Department field can be used as a job level for more granular Job Costing—supporting improved data alignment and reporting.
