The Q3 2024 Release is scheduled to be deployed on the following Saturdays: 9/7, 9/14, 9/21. Each quarter we release new features and enhancements across the platform to help you compete, operate efficiently, and expand opportunities to deliver value to your clients.
This feature or enhancement was inspired by customer feedback through one of the PrismHR Voice of the Customer programs.
Restartable Payroll: Process payroll faster and more efficiently with this new payroll engine which allows you to restart payroll processing from the error point, rather than the beginning.
Enhanced Manager Multi-Company Access: Worksite managers can now view employees across multiple companies in Employee Portal without logging in to separate organizations, increasing efficiency and improving their user experience.
Spanish Language Support: Employees can now view benefit enrollment plan information and documents in Spanish during the Benefit Enrollment workflow.

Client Override Report: This new report in Report Center enables you to view, filter and sort the Employee Portal menu configuration templates for all your client overrides, saving you time from manually tracking on a client-by-client basis.
Bookmark Sharing Capability: Improved data sharing in the new Report Center now allows Explorer users and non-admin users to share bookmarked reports.
Custom Report Migration: To ensure a seamless transition to the new Report Center, we have migrated 50k custom report views and distributed access to reports based upon current configuration.
New Help Center: Get helpful information at your fingertips in the Report Center’s new Help Center which includes Report Center release documentation, technical support guides, user guides, and Sigma technical documentation.

Restartable Payroll: Process payroll faster and more efficiently with this new payroll engine, which allows you to restart payroll processing from the error point, rather than the beginning.
PTO Recalculation: Decrease manual one-by-one PTO error corrections with the ability to perform a one-time adjustment to correct everyone’s PTO register.
Automated Payroll Processing Reminders: This highly-voted PrismHR Idea improves efficiency by sending automated reminders to users if they haven’t completed time entry close to the cutoff date. This reduces the need to manually remind clients that payroll is due!
New Hire Portal Import: Increase productivity with the ability to import new hires into the portal rather than entering each employee one at a time.

Document Management Guardrails: Reduce frustration and the need for submitting a support case with the prevention of deleting in-use documents.
Symmetry Integration Upgrade to new UEX: Improved security, performance and employee experience with the new enhancements to our Symmetry tax form integration by adopting the latest Symmetry API.

Preview Forms in UEX: Enjoy a unified experience with forms in the Form Library now reflecting the UEX pattern for previews, aligning with the UEX workflow experience.
ACA Life Event: A new default ACA Life Event Code is available in Life Event Maintenance for employees considered full-time during the ACA Stability Period.
Symmetry Integration Upgrade to New UEX: Enhancements to our Symmetry tax form integration include improved security, performance and employee experience. Upgrade to the latest Symmetry API.

Client Benefit Plan Defaults Form Redesign: Enjoy a better user experience and increased operational efficiency with the form redesign that now provides more flexibility in creating and defining templates, additional fields and a new user-friendly format.
Automatic Active Enrollment: Reduce manual errors and automate active enrollments to be generated at the time of match eligibility for employees with retirement plans offering a safe harbor 2 match.
Include/Exclude States for Plan Offerings: Save time by avoiding manual data entry with the option for users to include or exclude states to determine where a plan is offered.
Additional Field to Distinguish Initial Benefit and COBRA Benefit Termination: Easily differentiate between initial benefit termination and COBRA benefit terminations with the new field addition.

Flexible Invoice Data Options: As a service provider, you can now provide access to invoice data in your portal or customize how you present the data to your clients.
Streamline Internal Processes:
Improved Voucher Performance: Updated logic for collecting payroll and billing vouchers to improve performance.
Reprint 1099 Functionality: Added EmployeeService.reprint1099 which allows service providers who have their own portals to provide this functionality to their contract workers.

Improved Employee Garnishment Lookup: Increase operational efficiency and reduce the need to do manual searches by client by using the quick lookup feature to view only garnishments associated with employee records.
FLSA Exempt Compensation Report Enhancements: Enhanced report functionality now allows users to input minimum salary amounts and filter by specific state to accommodate varying federal and state minimum salary requirements.
Download 1094-C ZIP Files for All Clients: Save time when downloading PDF copies of 1094-C records by creating a ZIP file for all clients at one time.
