The Q2 2024 Release is scheduled to be deployed on the following Saturdays: 6/8, 6/15, 6/22. Each quarter we release new features and enhancements across the platform to help you compete, operate efficiently, and expand opportunities to deliver value to your clients.

REPORT CENTER: Reporting & Data Access

New Pre-Built Dashboards: One of the most exciting enhancements in the new Report Center is the ability to create configurable dashboards, putting key metrics and data visualizations front and center for you and your clients. To save you time, we’ve released a new set of pre-built dashboards featuring popular reports.

EMPLOYEE PORTAL: Worksite Manager Functionality

PrismHR Voice of the CustomerTime Sheet Entry for Worksite Managers: Streamline the time entry process for worksite managers with a new step-by-step workflow experience in Employee Portal. Worksite managers no longer have to log in separately to Prism Core for time entry.

PAYROLL & HR: Operational Efficiency

PrismHR Voice of the CustomerPayroll Submission Notifications: This top 10 idea from customers streamlines payroll processing with notifications when a client payroll is submitted.

ONBOARDING & BENEFITS ENROLLMENT: Operational Efficiency

Duplicate Forms and Workflows: Increase efficiency for admins with the ability to duplicate forms and workflows. This enhancement is especially useful during critical periods such as year-end client setup and open enrollment.

Editing Dependents within Benefits Enrollment: Improve self-service for employees with the ability to edit their dependents within the benefits enrollment workflow without having to contact HR or leaving the workflow to log in to the Employee Portal.

Q2 Focus: Data Access, UI/UX, Self-Service Experience

Native Analytics / License Maintenance: Conveniently track user login activity and analytics surrounding reports being accessed and utilized, who changes license types, the dates of those changes, along with the ability to easily deactivate inactive users, and License Maintenance functionality.

Highlights

Quick Links: Conveniently access links corresponding to imports directly from a variety of forms, including Dependents and Benefit Adjustments.

Highlights

Performance and Stability: Experience quicker subscription event collection times and fewer timeouts without impact to how your integrations access events.

PrismHR Voice of the CustomerData Access: Effortlessly access all the data you need to manage tasks, including Payroll Allocation Data, importing 1095-C forms, finalizing and posting payroll, updating employee properties, and creating paycodes.

Highlights

Labor Unions: Union Deduction applied to specific Union Dues Table Rules gives you the ability to define unique deduction codes for individuals, more flexibility to support various Labor Unions and Union Dues Deduction Separation, and improved reporting and visibility into clients and employees with multiple deduction rules.

EFW2C Export: Reduce manual entry, manipulation, and errors in EFW2C data with the ability to efficiently upload EFW2C data directly to SSA.
