The November 2025 Release is scheduled to be deployed on the following days: 11/20, 11/21. Each month we release new features and enhancements across the platform to help you compete, operate efficiently, and expand opportunities to deliver value to your clients.

November Release Highlights

Payroll/HR: UI/UX

Modernized UI/UX: The platform’s user interface and user experience have been updated to provide a more modern and streamlined experience for service providers.

Benefits Administration: Operational Efficiency

Secure 2.0 – Auto Escalator: The Auto Escalator utility has been updated to support plan anniversary functionality, making it easier to manage automatic contribution increases.

Benefits Administration: Operational Efficiency

Secure 2.0 – HPE ROTH Catchup: This update provides visibility into employee HPE settings and introduces deemed Roth options for catch-up contributions.

Report Center: Data Access

Centralized Scheduling: The new Centralized Scheduling feature adds a dedicated menu that allows you to view and edit all scheduled jobs configured in your system.

Employee Portal: UI/UX

Enhanced Dashboard Configuration (Beta): This new functionality provides improved flexibility with widgets, allowing users to control how they are displayed and configured.

Employee Portal: Self-Service Functionality

Enhanced Employee Details: Employee Details have been moved out of the modal window to a full page, greatly improving the manager’s experience.

Compliance: Operational Efficiency

Global PTO Client Auto-enroll Rules: This update provides increased control and flexibility for Global PTO enrollment and accrual settings, allowing configuration based on states, plans and employee types.

ClientSpace: Operational Efficiency

Benefit Plan Manager (BPM) Multi-User Access: Multiple external client contacts can now access and collaborate on a single batch within the BPM portal. This enhancement ensures seamless coordination and up-to-date information across teams using BPM.

REPORT CENTER

November Focus: Operational Efficiency, Data Access

Highlights

Centralized Scheduling: The new Centralized Scheduling feature adds a dedicated menu that allows you to view and edit all scheduled jobs configured in your system.

Column Selectors: Column selectors have been added to all grid-based elements, giving users the ability to choose which columns they want to display on the grids.

New Datasets: Seven new datasets have been released in Report Center, expanding reporting capabilities and data insights.

PAYROLL & HR

November Focus: Operational Efficiency, UI/UX

Highlights

Modernized UI/UX: The platform’s user interface and user experience have been updated to provide a more modern and streamlined experience for service providers.

Enhanced Timesheet Display: Employee classification and type have been added to timesheets to help managers quickly identify employees.

Project Phase Expansion: Project Phase allocation now includes scheduled payments, batch payments and additional report sorting options.

Payment Pending Updates: The payment pending form has been enhanced for improved usability, making it faster and easier to review and mark payments as received.

EMPLOYEE PORTAL

November Focus: Operational Efficiency, Manager Self-Service

Highlights

Enhanced Dashboard Configuration (Beta): This new functionality provides improved flexibility with widgets, allowing users to control how they are displayed and configured.

Enhanced Employee Details: Employee Details have been moved out of the modal window to a full page, greatly improving the manager’s experience.

Display Universal Employee ID: The Universal Employee ID has been added, following PrismHR standards, to make employee registration easier when using PrismONE ID.

Add ‘Taxable Wages” to Pay Inquiry/Taxes Withhold Screen: This update enables users to confirm that taxes are being withheld correctly based on any pre-tax savings.

Prohibit 401(k) Deductions: Employees cannot create or update contributions to retirement plans that are marked with “Prohibit Deductions” in PrismHR.

BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION & ENROLLMENT

November Focus: Compliance, Operational Efficiency

Highlights

Secure 2.0 – Auto Escalator: The Auto Escalator utility has been updated to support plan anniversary functionality, making it easier to manage automatic contribution increases.

Secure 2.0 – HPE ROTH Catchup: This update provides visibility into employee HPE settings and introduces deemed Roth options for catch-up contributions.

Company Level Max Backdating: You can now apply maximum backdating settings at the company level for greater administrative control.

Group Benefit Plans Redesign: The Group Benefit Plans interface has been redesigned to improve usability, including enhancements for payroll and tax-related configurations.

Post Benefit Enrollments: A new warning message will appear when multiple benefit enrollments share the same effective date, helping prevent errors.

COBRA Participant: Dependent Social Security Numbers for COBRA participants are now masked to enhance data security and privacy.

API

November Focus: Data Access, Integrations

Highlights

Upload Benefit Documents: The API now supports uploading benefit documents under Benefit Plan Enrollment for specific benefit plans and effective dates.

Timesheet Leave Requests: The API can now return and apply approved leave requests directly to a timesheet.

Employee Portal New Hire Dashboard: The API provides a list of employees and their status during the Employee Portal new hire process.

CLIENTSPACE

November Focus: Self-Service Functionality

Highlights

Benefit Plan Manager (BPM) Multi-User Access: Multiple external client contacts can now access and collaborate on a single batch within the BPM portal. This enhancement ensures seamless coordination and up-to-date information across teams using BPM.

Benefit Plan Manager (BPM) View/Edit Access: BPM now supports view and edit access for internal users and external client contacts. This allows visibility for users who only need to view information without making changes.

Garnishments API: ClientSpace can now receive garnishment data from PrismHR through the new API, enabling future automated workflows.

COMPLIANCE

November Focus: Operational Efficiency, Compliance

Highlights

Global PTO Client Auto-enroll Rules: This update provides increased control and flexibility for Global PTO enrollment and accrual settings, allowing configuration based on states, plans and employee types.

Oregon SIT Combined Reporting Option: You can now override the Oregon SIT tax reporting basis for SUI Combined Reporting, giving employers more control over compliance requirements.

WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT

November Focus: Operational Efficiency, UI/UX

Highlights

Guarantee Hours by Period for Salary Exempt & Non-Exempt: For salaried exempt and non-exempt employees, you can now guarantee a total number of hours based on the pay period frequency (for example, 80 hours for a biweekly period). For salaried non-exempt employees who also clock in and earn overtime pay, hours worked by the employee are automatically reconciled with salary automatic hours, as well as PTO and holiday pay, to account for actual hours worked and not worked.

Hide WFM’s Default Time Codes: Employers who do not use all of Workforce Management’s available pay types can now hide the associated default time codes from managers and employee timesheets, as well as other related areas.

Usability Enhancements: Several usability enhancements have been introduced to make navigating Workforce Management more user-friendly. These include improvements when switching between accounts, setting up custom holiday pay rates and configuring global settings.
