Direct Deposit Approval Policy for Enhanced Validation: Add an extra layer of protection to sensitive payroll data with the new direct deposit approval policy. Service providers can now review and approve direct deposit entries before they go live in the employee record.
Direct Deposit Approval for Enhanced Fraud Protection: Strengthen account security with a new approval step for direct deposit changes. No ACH updates will take effect until reviewed and approved—adding a safeguard alongside MFA and ClientSpace alerts to prevent unauthorized access.
Hierarchy-Based Security for WSM and WTA Users: Simplify user setup and maintenance with new hierarchy-based security. You can now define user data access by PTO Approver or Manager, replacing the need to manage by Data Entity.

New Option to Restrict Work Email Updates by Employees: Support client policies with a new setting that limits employee access to update their work email. Service providers can now configure this restriction directly in the Employee Portal Configuration Template.

Expanded Retirement Adjustment Transaction Audit Report: Gain more visibility into retirement-related changes with additional columns now available in the Retirement Adjustment Transaction Audit Report. This update supports clearer audit trails and improved reporting accuracy.
Rate Group Import to Streamline Enrollment Setup: Reduce manual effort during open enrollment and onboarding with a new import option for rate groups in the Data Import Tool. This frequently requested enhancement simplifies setup and saves time for benefits teams.
GI and EOI Support for Disability Plan Enrollment: Enhance enrollment workflows with new support for Guaranteed Issue (GI) and Evidence of Insurability (EOI) in disability plans—making it easier to manage eligibility and compliance during the benefits selection process.

Zip Code Eligibility Lookup for Benefit Plans: Support custom benefit integrations with new API functionality that returns eligible zip codes for a specific group benefit plan. This helps determine employee eligibility when working with vendors or building internal solutions.
Access to Payroll Summary Data via API: Streamline reporting and integration with new API support for payroll summary data. Clients can now retrieve information on completed payrolls, including employees paid, gross earnings and number of vouchers.
Improved API Performance for Key Endpoints: Enhance reliability and speed with performance improvements to several API endpoints. Updates include optimizations to getMessageList in ClientMasterService and all asynchronous API calls.

In-App Notifications for Hiring Updates: Never miss a critical hiring update with new in-app notifications in the new ATS. Stay informed of candidate activity and status changes without relying solely on email alerts.

Benefit Plan Manager Support for HSA, FSA and Commuter Plans: Allow employees to elect HSA, FSA or Commuter plans directly within Benefit Plan Manager. HSA entries include amount and pay frequency fields which are saved on the Signature page for a more complete enrollment experience.
Client Profitability Report in Client Master: View a 365-day profit snapshot for any client directly from the Client Master. The report includes billing and cost details across Admin, SUTA, Workers’ Comp, and total incurred claims for streamlined financial analysis.
Note: This layout is inactive by default. A Global Admin can enable it or submit a case via the Extranet to Professional Services for assistance.
Embedded Links to External Resources in Benefits Plan Manager: Access embedded links to documents, reports or websites in Benefits Plan Manager. Users can now access resources straight from the Benefits Plan Manager, saving time and maintaining focus.

Retirement Highly Paid Employee (HPE) Status Tracking: Prepare for upcoming Secure 2.0 requirements with a new HPE Status field on the Employee–Other form. This update lays the groundwork for future retirement compliance functionality ahead of the 1/1/2026 deadline.

Expanded PTO Reporting and Policy Visibility: Access more detailed PTO insights with new report columns, including Policy Name, Effective From and Future Balances. Users can also view archived policies to support reconciliation after policy changes.
Improved Employee Data Syncing and Flexibility: Enhance data accuracy with expanded syncing capabilities, including custom Employment Type mapping, Pay Group changes and support for editing imported employees with Future Hire Dates.
Usability Improvements for Smoother Daily Operations: Make day-to-day Workforce Management tasks easier with updates like supervisor search by preferred name, decimal-hour displays on timesheets, improved expand/collapse behavior, and simplified setup for blended rate overtime.
