The Learning Library is organized into courses based on an employee’s role so they focus on the relevant information they need to work efficiently in the PrismHR platform. All courses are modular and searchable, making it easy to quickly find training content.
All training courses are available 24/7, enabling you to access what you need, whenever it works for you.
You can control who has access to training, track your team’s progress and see which courses each member has completed. You can even track the amount of time an employee spends watching a lesson compared its full runtime, so you can identify team members who may need additional help.
