Revamped Homepage: A redesigned homepage featuring a modern aesthetic enables users to organize reports by category, providing enhancements to the user experience, accessibility and usability. Scheduled for release late December
Payroll History, Summary, and Reports for Worksite Managers: Improve access to data for authorized worksite managers with the ability to view and download payroll history reports, including GL files and invoices.
Offer Type Field Requirements: Beginning in Q1 2025, the Offer Type field for Group Benefit Plans will become a required field and we encourage users to prepare in advance. A new import is available to easily populate the data.
New Dependent Care FSA Offer Type: Reduce employee confusion with a separate enrollment workflow for Dependent Care Flex Spend Account Types which now have a dedicated Offer Type (DEPFSA).
Benefit Plan Manager: Save time and reduce errors by automatically syncing information between ClientSpace and the Benefit Plan Manager, allowing SMB clients to seamlessly renew benefit plans and update contributions for the new year even if they do not have a ClientSpace account. Scheduled for release Q1 2025
AI-Powered Position Description & Salary Range: Position descriptions and salary range analysis are now AI-generated based on the Position record. Scheduled for release 1H 2025

FSA and Retirement Plan Enrollment Enhancements: Simplify the enrollment process by providing direct links to all relevant maintenance and inquiry forms, eliminating the need to search for them individually.
Benefit Adjustments Form Enhancements: An enhanced user experience in the Benefits Adjustment form allows users to filter adjustments to view only completed or outstanding items with a link to vouchers associated with processed adjustment cycles.
Auto Escalator Provision Fields: Ensure compliance with the Auto Escalator provision under the Secure 2.0 Act (effective 1/1/25) with new fields added to indicate retirement plans and participants that are subject to this provision.
General System Enhancements: Reduce costly accidental errors with numerous new validations in the system.

ACH File Streaming Service: Increase operational efficiency and security by allowing the access and download of an ACH to a secure server rather than an individual user’s computer.
Mask Payrates: This enhancement provides more flexibility to apply data masking on payrates when accessing employee data via the getEmployee endpoints. Additional information available in API docs.
Option Level Security: Remove payrate information with additional option level security on getHistory.

Global PTO Accrual: Global PTO can now accrue local PTO plan vs. State PTO plan for easier setup, review and use of Global PTO benefit plans.
Secure 2.0 Increased Catch-up Contributions: Stay compliant with upcoming Secure 2.0 options for increased catch-up contributions for employees aged 60-63, effective January 1, 2025. Our flexible system and retirement plan setup ensure seamless adherence, with the option to customize and disable this feature for specific clients as needed.
W-2 Updates: Ensure accuracy on W-2s with Alabama and Vermont state taxes that have now been updated.

CRM Provisioning App: Easily create, update, and manage WFM accounts with a new Provisioning App that includes login and role permissions for account and time clock provisioning per PrismHR instance.
Client Usage Report: View a client’s billable usage metrics, including active employees, clocks, and service packages, directly from the Reports menu.
