Standardized G/L Account Structuring: Make accounting setup more flexible and consistent with standardized wildcard ranges (1–99) across all org levels. Users can now define G/L Account Numbers by Worksite Location, Department, Division, Position or Project—supporting custom structures with ease.

Custom Support Contact Access: Give clients a more personalized support experience by displaying contact information for their service team. Contacts listed in the “Customize My Support Team Dashboard” now appear in the Portal’s “Contact Us” widget—making it easier for clients to connect with the right team members.
Simplified Catch-Up Contributions: Make retirement planning easier for employees aged 50 and over. Eligible users can now enter catch-up contributions directly in the Portal, streamlining the process and improving self-service savings management.

Flexible PTO Accrual Mapping: Align accrual policies more accurately with new options for hire date mapping. Choose from Last Hire Date, Original Hire Date, Hire Report Date, or Seniority Date to match your organization’s PTO rules.
Smarter Pay Group Syncing: Support employees on the same pay frequency with different workweek starts. Workforce Management now maps them to the correct pay group based on their assigned workweek—improving accuracy and reducing setup friction.
Excel Export for Time Reports: Make time tracking analysis easier with Excel export for user-defined reports. Detailed and summary timesheets can now be downloaded for deeper insights and simplified sharing.
Enhanced Shift Premium Controls: Fine-tune holiday and premium pay with new IN punch requirements. Employees must now clock in during the premium window to qualify—giving you more control over who receives additional pay.
