Lee Moreau serves as senior vice president of services, where he leads strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, client satisfaction and service delivery across the organization. With a strong background in human resources, technology and business operations, Lee brings a results-driven approach to leadership, fostering innovation and collaboration across teams using data, technology and empathy.
Lee has been in the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) industry since 2007, serving as an information technology director as well as operations manager overseeing all operational areas of a PEO business. Since joining PrismHR in 2016, Lee has held positions of practice lead, technical support manager, director of customer support and vice president of support and services prior to his current role as senior vice president. Lee also serves as vice president of the board on a local nonprofit electronics recycling agency, Capital Area Corporate Recycling Council in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
