Melissa Eversole is PrismHR’s senior vice president of services at PrismHR, where she leads a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing client satisfaction and driving long-term value for HR service providers. Since joining PrismHR in 2019 as an application support specialist, Melissa has steadily advanced through the ranks—first as a Customer Success Manager and then moving up to senior director of Customer Success before moving to the services team. Her journey reflects a deep commitment to customer advocacy, operational excellence and strategic growth within the HR outsource space.
Melissa’s leadership style is marked by empathy, responsiveness and a tireless work ethic. She is widely recognized by colleagues and clients alike for her ability to build strong relationships and deliver impactful solutions. With a background in business studies from Miami University Hamilton and early experience in accounting, Melissa brings both analytical rigor and a people-first approach to her work. Outside of the office, she’s a devoted mother of five who balances her professional responsibilities with an active family life.
