The Q4 2022 Release is scheduled to be deployed on the following Saturdays: 11/5, 11/12, 11/19. Each quarter we release new features and enhancements across the platform to help you operate more efficiently, improve the employee experience, and expand opportunities to deliver value to your clients.
Data Import Tool Enhancements: Added bulk processing functionality makes year end tax updating more efficient with the addition of SUTA Tax Rates, SUTA Bill Rates and updated Recurring Deductions.
Employee Visibility into Employer HSA Contribution: Ensure employees select election amounts within their annual limits by offering visibility into employer HSA contributions during benefits enrollment.
Hide Form I-9 for 1099 Contractors: New business rule allows you to hide Form I-9 for 1099 contractors during the onboarding process.
Faster Report Generation: Access the data you need more quickly with the ability to preselect report views from the homescreen and apply multiple filters at once.
JobTarget Integration: Get access to over 20,000 new job boards including Sponsored Jobs on Indeed, significantly expanding your ability to target candidates on popular and industry-specific boards.

Payroll Processing Enhancements: Improve the efficiency of your payroll processing actions with additional self-service functionality, including the bill pending link and tax calculation overrides.
Data Import Tool Enhancements: Make year-end tax updating more efficient with more bulk processing functionality, including the addition of the SUTA Tax Rates, SUTA Bill Rates and updated Recurring Deductions (maximum amount and basis).

New Hire Questions: New Hire in Employee Portal now includes the ability to add new hire questions to meet state requirements.
Original Hire Date: Frequently requested addition of the original hire date to Employee Portal provides additional employee information.
Performance: Quarterly enhancements continue to focus on improving login performance and speed across the Employee Portal application.

UI/UX Improvements: Improvements and unification in the use navigation for desktop and mobile provides increased accessibility for users.
Form I-9 Business Rule: A new business rule allows you to hide Form I-9 for 1099 contractors during the onboarding process.

New Reports: Key reports have been released to Report Center to continue to provide data accessibility such as PTO Register Report, Tax Authorities Report, Employee with Unpaid Taxes, Billing Codes and Events Report.
Performance & Stability: We continue to focus on improving the performance and stability of Report Center. New data warehouse technology (planned implementation by end of 2022) will enable you to run reports faster.

EP Hire integration: New worksite manager self-service enables faster new hire onboarding without SSN or DOB and improves data privacy.
Legacy Form Migration: All legacy forms including Benefits, Cobra Processing, and Payroll have been migrated from HRPyramid to PrismHR.
JobTarget Integration: Access over 20,000 job boards, including sponsored posts with Indeed and LinkedIn, significantly expanding your ability to target candidates on popular and industry-specific boards.
Administrative Enhancements: Finalize and sign appraisals on behalf of the employee, supervisor, or shared appraiser to accelerate the completion of the performance appraisal process. Additional functionality includes overriding a routing order for an appraisal, approving on behalf of designees, and editing an appraisal without having to lock and unlock it.
New Performance Managament Reports: New reports allow administrators access to data that provides more expansive analytics and ease of use during performance set up and post appraisal process. New reports include Admin User Report, Template Item Assignnments Report, Gap Items Report, Gap Section Report, General Feedback Report, Solicited Feedback Report and Company Goal Report.

Benefits Export API: Save time and reduce dual entry by exporting client-level group plans (i.e., medical, dental, vision) from ClientSpace to PrismHR Benefits Administration. Support for supplemental plans is slated for early 2023.
Reporting Enhancements: We’re improving performance and enabling you to run your most-used reports faster by auto-archiving reports that haven’t been used in 120 days or more. ClientSpace admins can still access archived reports when needed.

New Indiana W-4 Tax Form Support: The new format enables employees to claim excemptions for adopted qualifying dependents.
Baseline Support for Oregon and Colorado PFML Tax Withholding: New Paid Family Medical Leave programs go into effect beginning January 1, 2023 for Oregon and Colorado. Employee withholding and employer accruals in Colorado are now supported in PrismHR.
Oregon Local W-2 Reporting Updates: Portland Metro Supportive Housing Services and Multnomah County Preschool for all taxes carry specific W-2 reporting requirements. When building W-2s in PrismHR, data for these taxes will now display in Boxes 18-20 on the W-2 record of any employee with wage accruals in either of these jurisdictions.
