The Q2 2023 Release is scheduled to be deployed on the following Saturdays: 6/3, 6/10, 6/17. Each quarter we release new features and enhancements across the platform to help you operate more efficiently, improve the employee experience, and expand opportunities to deliver value to your clients.
New Data Warehouse-Powered Reports: A top priority is continually adding new Data Warehouse-powered reports to Report Center to help you get the data you need faster.
Report Views: We’ve migrated your previous report views so you don’t need to recreate your favorite views in Data Warehouse-powered reports.
Benefit Imports: Benefit and Employee Dependents have been added to the Data Import Tool to make importing this information quick and easy.
HSA Mid-Year Limit Calculations for Employer Contributions: Enhancements reduce the HSA IRS limit by employer contributions and helps ensure the employee deduction does not surpass the limit.
Child Support Lookback Logic: Eliminate the need for manual adjustments and streamline payroll processing for flat amount garnishments across multiple batches.
Enhanced “Reports To” Process: You can assign separate PTO Approvers and Managers for each worksite employee.
Client Onboarding Experience: Your client onboarding experience is now simpler with client cloning, enhanced client ownership, and client paygroup creation.

The Unified Employee Experience (UEX) creates a modern, consistent, and common experience across the key worksite employee/manager applications, including Employee Portal, Onboarding, Benefits Enrollment and Talent Management. UEX provides the opportunity for expanded configuration options, expanded branding, a higher level of accessibility, and improved responsivess for desktop, tablet and mobile.

Report Creation: Our first priority is generating additional reports from the PrismHR Data Warehouse for faster access to your data.
Report Views: The migration of previous report views saves you time recreating report views that were critical to your business needs.
Worksite Location Report: The new grid-style format in multiple worksite location reports allows you to export data and import it to various state reporting sites seamlessly.
GL Setup Report: This highly requested report has been created to assist in the HRP Sunset transition and will be available by mid-July.

Enhanced “Reports To” Process: You now have the ability to assign separate PTO Approvers and Managers for each worksite employee. Need to reassign an employee to a different approver or manager? You can make updates easily through a simple form. If a Worksite Manager is terminated, automated prompts will alert you to reassign employees to another approver.
Pay On-Demand: You can now enable same-day payments to employees through a pay card.
GL Wildcards: Streamline manual processes and maximize your data analysis capabilities with GL Wildcards which allow you to easily break up internal accounting reports into new options for more in-depth insights.

Benefit Imports: This top requested feature includes two imports (Benefit and Employee Dependents) that have been added to the Data Import Tool to provide you with a quick and easy solution for importing information.
HSA Mid-Year Limit Calculations for Employer Contributions: Additional enhancements to the HSA mid-year limitation calculations reduce the HSA IRS limit by employer contributions (i.e., Company and PEO matches during payroll). Match amounts will not be reduced by this enhancement. However, if the IRS limit is projected to be exceeded, the employee deductions will be reduced accordingly.
Enhanced Dashboard: This top requested feature enables the Plan ID link on the Employee Benefit Enrollments At-a-Glance view to direct you to the enrollment record. Easy access to the Benefit Plan Setup is now conveniently located in the Action dropdown.
Group Benefit Plans: The addition of the new “Continuation” field enables you to track state-specific continuation or mini-COBRA requirements. Offering State Continuation is now seamless through the integration into ThrivePass.
Payee Website Links: Access and manage websites directly from the Payees screen with Payee Website Links, ensuring convenient navigation and secure handling of login credentials. Improve operational efficiency by leveraging website links in the Employee Benefit Enrollments form for quick access to relevant resources.

Client Onboarding Experience: Streamlining your client onboarding experience is now simpler with new features that include client cloning, enhanced client ownership, and client paygroup creation.
Expanded API data: Optimized response times via improvements to getData and additions to exisiting API endpoints allow you to streamline processes such as adding arrears information in our payroll voucher endpoints.
General Ledger Service Expansion: The addition of cash receipt deposits to the GL help enhance your accounting reporting.
Accounting Reporting Enhancement: You can now report on individual or all pending transactions from the External Journal and External Invoice Posting forms that provide more data insight into transactions prior to processing.
Invoice Accounting Detail Reporting Enhancement: Reconciliation is now more efficient with this new enhancement.

Integrated Email: Enhance your communication efficiency and streamline the hiring process with our new integrated email functionality that will allow Applicant Tracking users to communicate seamlessly with candidates.
Multi-Factor Authentication: Increased protection and improved security for elevated users in the Customer Management Center ensures the protection of your client data.
Enhanced Customer Management Center Roles: New security keys allow enhanced security and user management through more granular user personas and precise controls.

Case History: A new data form that tracks key data points for service KPIs, including “Assign To,” “Status,” “Priority,” and “Case Type” changes to help you benchmark against service SLAs.
Quick Case: This new feature enables you to create cases faster using an abbreviated form.
Workers’ Compensation Deductible Billing Process: Enables users of ClientSpace’s Risk module to create their workers’ compensation deductible bill directly from their install and push the data into their PrismHR instance to create a “Bill Pending” record, avoiding the need for duplicate entry.
Case Surveys: Create and send CSAT or NPS-style surveys to clients using ClientSpace’s email template functionality. Survey results are returned into a ClientSpace data form which you can report from.
