PrismHR Customers Now Have Access to in-Context Help and Analytics to Increase Employee Self Service

Using PrismHR Adopt’s guides, HR service providers can easily develop customizable tours and in-context help for the entire employee experience to increase the ability of employees to do what they need to do.

HR service providers can use Adopt to help worksite employees learn to use PrismHR technology through self-guided tours and in-context help. Examples include customized help to:

  • Assist employees and managers in learning how to submit personal time off requests and to view approvals
  • Set up and complete benefits enrollment and required forms such as direct deposit/ACH, W-4 and/or I-9 forms
  • Submit or manage time

PrismHR Adopt also gives HR service providers access to analytics that provide detailed information on usage. Providers can drill down into data by customer, users, and roles to understand what parts of the PrismHR platform employees are using and how they’re using them.
