What did PrismHR and AgileHR announce?
On April 2, 2019, PrismHR announced it acquired AgileHR, a leading provider of talent management solutions. AgileHR’s Talent Management solutions will continue to be available and enhanced on an ongoing basis. AgileHR, previously part of the PrismHR Marketplace, provides integrated performance management for Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs) and Administrative Services Organizations (ASOs).
Why is PrismHR acquiring AgileHR?
PrismHR is continuously working to create the best HR software platform for Human Resource Outsourcers (HROs) to better support the small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) they serve. As the competition for recruiting and retaining employees increases for SMBs, talent management solutions are increasingly important. This acquisition expands and enhances the PrismHR Platform with solutions from one of the leading Talent Management providers.
What does this mean for current AgileHR customers?
AgileHR customers will continue to get access to the software and services they receive from the AgileHR team. AgileHR will continue to be enhanced and over time will be more deeply integrated with the PrismHR Platform.
What does this acquisition mean for PrismHR customers? Is AgileHR part of the PrismHR Marketplace?
On January 8, 2019, PrismHR announced AgileHR as a PrismHR Marketplace partner and that AgileHR’s Performance Management solution is integrated into the PrismHR Platform. AgileHR Performance Management will continue to be available to PrismHR customers and over time the two applications will be more tightly integrated.
How do AgileHR solutions differ from your existing talent management offerings and those of your Marketplace partners?
The PrismHR Marketplace offers a variety of integrated solutions and services for HROs to improve their operational efficiency and better serve their SMB customers. As needs vary with HROs and the SMB customers they serve, it’s important to have multiple offerings in the PrismHR Marketplace.
PrismHR will continue to support existing talent management partners in the PrismHR Marketplace. Multiple options provide HROs with the support and flexibility they need to serve existing SMB customers and attract new clients.
