Chief Technology Officer, Workforce Management
Jay is responsible for the vision, leadership and implementation of PrismHR’s workforce management technology strategy.
Jay joined PrismHR through the company’s acquisition of EPAY Systems, where he served as Chief Technology Officer of EPAY Systems. Jay has over 25 years of experience in operations management, systems development and deployment, and strategic integration. He previously held leadership roles in process engineering and business development at JohnsonDiversey, formerly SC Johnson Wax Professional and at Pillsbury Company.
Jay earned his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University. He also holds multiple patents.
