David Farrell

David is Senior Vice President of Sales at PrismHR, where he is responsible for leading the execution of the company’s Corporate HCM sales strategy and long term success of our customers.

David joined PrismHR through its acquisition of EPAY Systems, where he was Chief Sales Officer and responsible for the company’s sales operations. David brings a 20+ year track record of successful sales management and has proven himself as an industry leader in the workforce management and human capital management sector.

Prior to joining EPAY, David served as Sales Executive for Kronos, where he was responsible for net new revenue growth in the Midwest region, and was a Regional Sales Director at Paycor Inc., where he led sales teams in both small and major markets. David also held multiple sales positions at Paychex.

David earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from Millikin University.
