Vice President, Professional and Support Services
Michael DeLessio joined PrismHR in 2013 and leads the Professional Services and Customer Support teams. At PrismHR, Mike has significantly expanded the size, scope, capabilities and impact of these teams. This includes ongoing process improvements, a new implementation methodology, enhanced resource management and expanded offerings. Prior to PrismHR, Mike had more than 15 years of experience in Professional Services and Support both in the US and on an international scale. Mike led and grew the Professional Services teams at MicroStrategy and Bullhorn software. Prior to Bullhorn, Mike was based in London for 10 years leading Professional Services for KANA Software. Mike graduated cum laude with a BS from Bentley University.
