Lonnie Colman

Lonnie heads PrismHR’s technology functions, leading Infrastructure Operations, our compliance program and our product delivery engine (inclusive of Engineering, Architecture, Quality, Documentation and our Program Management Office).

He applies more than 25 years of progressive experience optimizing and scaling world class engineering, quality, hosting and technical program management teams, delivering with predictability and leveraging current industry best practices.

Prior to joining PrismHR, Lonnie scaled and matured eCopy’s software quality discipline (prior to its sale to Nuance Communications), and later VFA’s quality engineering, software release and SaaS operations functions (prior to its sale to Accruent). Earlier in his career, Lonnie led engineering and QA teams at Akamai, Progress Software and several successful Boston area startups. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
